WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS Modish can now dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. We operate an address verification system for your security.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
STOCK AVAILABILITY The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
HEEL HEIGHTS Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.

DELIVERY TIMES We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days within the UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED UK: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Parcel Force. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. International: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail Signed For or Parcel Force. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked re-saleable condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into Modish Saffron Walden, where they will be happy to return the goods to us on your behalf, free of charge. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our Modish address.

CONDITIONS OF SALES
These are the terms and conditions (which include our copyright notice) on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. This website is intended for the use of UK resident consumers only. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order. Otherwise, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing between us and you.
A contract is formed between us and you when (and not before) we have sent you confirmation by writing or email to the address or email address you have given and receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment. You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted.
Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order. All payments are taken in pounds sterling and all purchases are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address in the UK entered by you on the on-line order. Goods will be delivered via Royal Mail. We will keep records and proof of items sent to you, goods will normally be delivered in 3-5 working days of your order being accepted, unless otherwise notified to you by us and in any event within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit in full any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you have received the goods. With the exception of sale items and items reduced to clear, these are non-returnable. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or public holidays in the UK. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by email, at the address or email address shown below giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. It is advised that you send items via recorded delivery and that you retain proof of posting. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract and we have received the returned item, which we are satisfied is in a re-saleable condition we will then refund or re-credit any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the goods or have any other complaint about them, you can claim a refund or replacement by contacting us on the above address. This must be notified within seven working days from receipt of delivery or, where this is not apparent on reasonable inspection, within seven days after discovery up to a maximum of thirty days after dispatch by us. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.
We shall have no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
We shall not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or consequential damage arising from any failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
The contract formed by our acceptance of your order shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.
